How to Update Portal Images

Internal users can update the image on a portal’s login page, the banner images shown at the top of both the internal and external applications, as well as the logo that appears on both the login page and the top left of both the internal and external applications.

To update portal images:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Upload Hero
2. Three images can be updated here:
   • Internal Portal Hero Banner Image: The image shown across the top of the signed-in internal application.
     • Recommended size: 1920×600px
     • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF (max 4MB)
   • External Portal Hero Banner Image: The image shown across the top of the signed-in external application.
     • Recommended size: 1920×600px
     • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF (max 4MB)
   • Login Page Image: The image shown on the login page.
     • Recommended size: 1920×1920px
     • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF (max 4MB)

To update the portal’s logo:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Upload Logo
2. Drag ‘n’ drop the image into the upload area, or click Select File and choose your file from your computer.
