There are two different ways to change your password.
Change Password in Settings
If you know your password and would like to change it:
- Log into the application using your current password.
- Click the
icon at the top right corner of the page. - In the dropdown menu, click ‘Change Password’.
- Enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Make sure that your new password meets all requirements listed above the entry fields.
- Click Save New Password.
- If prompted, enter the multi-factor authentication code that is sent to you.
Forgot Password
If you do not know your password, you can reset it through email:
- On the login page of your portal, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset password.
- Check your inbox for an email from noreply@gpportal.com with the subject line “GPportal – Password Reset Request”.
- Click the Reset your password link in the email.
- Enter and confirm your new password. Make sure that your new password meets all requirements listed above the entry fields.
- Click Save New Password.
- If prompted, enter the multi-factor authentication code that is sent to you.
