How to Find a Document

GP Portal makes finding documents fast and easy.

Homepage

The homepage of the portal has a Recent Documents section, which lists the five most recent documents.  Alternately, clicking on a row in the Relationships Overview table will display all documents related to a specific investment.

Basic Sorting and Filters

On the My Documents page, you can sort and filter your documents to find what you need. The toolbar at the top of this page can be used to filter and search for documents.  Column headers can be clicked to sort your documents by different attributes.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the My Documents page by clicking the ‘View All Documents’ button.
  2. To display only the documents that have already been viewed, click ‘Viewed’ in the toolbar.
  3. To display only the documents that have not been viewed, click ‘Unviewed’ in the toolbar. Documents with an orange dot have not been viewed.
  4. The results can be sorted by either the Document Name, Publish Date, or Document Date.
  5. Clicking on the individual column headers will sort the results by that specific column.
  6. Click ‘Document Date’ and the results will be sorted by document date from oldest to newest. If ‘Document Date’ is clicked again (so that the arrow is pointing up) , they will be sorted from newest to oldest.
