How to Draft a Document Package

A Document Package can be saved as a draft before the package is submitted for review by clicking ‘Save as Draft’ while on the edit page.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Portal Uploads page. 
  2. In the right corner, click ‘Add Package’.
  3. Select the type of document(s) that will be uploaded: Investing Entity or Investor.
  4. Select the Upload Type.

  5. Add a Document Package Name.
  6. Add any additional details.
  7. Add a document(s).
  8. In the top right, click ‘Save as Draft’.
  9. Click the back arrow. 
  10. The Package will receive a Draft status and will be found on the Document Packages tab in Portal Uploads.

Deleting a Document Package

Document packages in a Draft or Rejected state can be deleted:

  1. Navigate to the Portal Uploads page.
  2. Find the document package you’d like to delete, then click to access it.
  3. Click Delete at the top right.
  4. Click Confirm.
