GP Portal defines user roles to assign specific permissions for tasks within the internal portal environment, ensuring secure and appropriate access to functions based on role requirements.
Here’s a brief description of each:
Preparer: Internal users who prepare/create CRM records, upload documents, create document campaigns, etc. Preparers submit their updates for review.
Reviewer: Internal users who review the work of preparers. Reviewers can approve changes/uploads or reject changes/uploads, which sends the work back to the preparer to update.
Administrator: Internal users with all the permissions of preparers & reviewers, with the ability to manage portal-level settings, internal users, password requirements, MFA, etc. Administrators can prepare and review their own work if desired.
Internal Viewer: Internal users with permission to view the portal as is, without the ability to make any changes. This can be a useful role for employees/managers who want to review the portal at a high-level and run reports, but don’t want to be able to make any changes.
