GPportal makes finding and viewing documents fast and easy.
How to Find a Document
Homepage
- The homepage of the portal has a Recent Documents section that lists the five most recent documents.
- Clicking View All Documents brings you to the My Documents page. Here you can view, sort, and filter your documents.
- Alternatively, clicking on a row in the Relationships Overview table below Recent Documents will display all documents related to a specific investment.
Basic Sorting and Filters
On the My Documents page, you can sort and filter your documents to find what you need using the toolbar at the top of the page.
Basic filters include:
- Viewed: Displays only the documents that have already been viewed.
- Unviewed: Displays only the documents that have not been viewed. Documents with an orange dot beside them have not been viewed.
Results can be sorted by Document Name, Publish Date, or Document Date. Clicking the column name will first sort in ascending order, then descending order when clicked again.
Advanced Filters
You can further sort your documents using Advanced Filters at the top right of the My Documents page:
- Document Date can be used to search documents with a date within a specific range.
- You can filter results by Investing Entity or Investor.
- You can further filter results by selecting specific folders that are associated with the chosen Investing Entity or Investor.
- Click Apply to close the overlay and your filtered results will display.
- Click Clear All Filters in the overlay to remove all filters.
How to View a Document
Depending on the page you are on, there are two different ways to view a document.
Homepage
On the homepage, in the Recent Documents section, clicking any part of the row of the document you would like to view will open the document preview page.
My Documents Page
Access the My Documents page by clicking View All Documents in the Recent Documents section. Clicking the document name or View button of the document you would like to view will open the document preview page.
Note: If the document you are attempting to view is not a PDF, you will need to download it to view it. Steps to do that can be found here.
