The Audit Log page serves as a record of all user actions. This page provides a timestamped log that captures user interactions within the portal, such as viewing documents or visiting product pages.
Features of the Audit Log
- Event Tracking: Lists user activities like ‘Document Viewed’ or ‘Product Visited’.
- User Identification: Displays the name of the user associated with each event.
- Timestamps: Provides the exact date and time when an event occurred.
- Event Details: Shows the specific items involved in the activities.
Filtering Access Logs
- Click on the Filter button at the top of the logs table.
- Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as:
- Date range
- Specific user
- Type of event
- Click Apply Filters to update the displayed logs.
Searching for Specific Events
- Use the Search Bar at the top of the Access Logs section.
- Type in keywords related to the event or user.
- Press Enter to filter the logs accordingly.
Exporting Access Logs
- Locate the Export button in the Access Logs section.
- Click the button to generate a downloadable file.
- The file will be saved to your computer for offline reference.
