GP Portal Internal User Roles

GP Portal defines user roles to assign specific permissions for tasks within the internal portal environment, ensuring secure and appropriate access to functions based on role requirements.

Here’s a brief description of each:

  • Preparer: Internal users who prepare/create CRM records, upload documents, create document campaigns, etc. Preparers submit their updates for review.
  • Reviewer: Internal users who review the work of preparers. Reviewers can approve changes/uploads or reject changes/uploads, which sends the work back to the preparer to update.
  • Administrator: Internal users with all the permissions of preparers & reviewers, with the ability to manage portal-level settings, internal users, password requirements, MFA, etc. Administrators can prepare and review their own work if desired.
  • Internal Viewer: Internal users with permission to view the portal as is, without the ability to make any changes. This can be a useful role for employees/managers who want to review the portal at a high-level and run reports, but don’t want to be able to make any changes.
