How to Access GP Portal with a Firewall

This article will assist users who are unable to access their respective GP Portal site. If you have an active firewall, it may block the portal site or prevent MFA codes from arriving which would allow you to login to your account. The following steps are provided to help you access GP Portal with a firewall:

1. Notify your IT department to white label your portal URL. The URL should look like this: https://www.CompanyName.gpportal.com.

While the IT department works on white labeling the URL, you can access GP Portal with a temporary fix by following these steps:

1. On your mobile device, turn off Wi-Fi.
2. Go to your specific client GP Portal URL or https://www.global.gpportal.com.
3. Enter your user credentials and login to GP Portal.
