If your question is not among those on the FAQ page or relates to a specific document, you can contact your fund manager directly or use the Contact Us form within the GP Portal.
While signed in:
- Click the
icon at the top right corner of the page. - In the dropdown menu, click Contact Us.
- Enter your name, email address, and select the topic you need help with.
- In the Message section, include your question and any details that could help the team assist you better.
- Click Submit.
- The GP Portal team or your Fund Administrator will receive your support request and reach out to you.
While signed out:
On the login page of your portal, click contact us in the left pane.
