You have the option to download files one at a time or in batches (available on desktop devices).
How to Download a Single File
There are two different ways to download a single file. On the My Documents page:
- Click Download on the file you want to download.
- Open the file first, then download it.
Quick Download
With this option, you can quickly download the file you need without viewing it first:
- Navigate to the My Documents page by clicking View All Documents.
- Find the document you would like to download.
- Click Download. Depending on your browser, you may have to open the file and download it again.
- Look for your file in your downloads folder. Mac users should look in Finder under Downloads; Windows users should look in File Explorer under Downloads.
View then Download
With this option, you can view the file before you download it:
- Navigate to the My Documents page by clicking View All Documents.
- Find the document you would like to download and click View.
- Click Download File at the top right. Depending on your browser, you may have to open the file and download it again.
- Look for your file in your downloads folder. Mac users should look in Finder under Downloads; Windows users should look in File Explorer under Downloads.
How to Download Multiple Files
If there is more than one document you would like to download, you can use the Download Multiple Files feature to do so. This feature is exclusive to desktop devices.
To download more than one file at a time:
- Navigate to the My Documents page by clicking View All Documents.
- If needed, filter your documents using the menu at the top right.
- Click the download button in the top right corner.
- Select the files you want to download.
- Click Download.
- Look for your file in your downloads folder. Mac users should look in Finder under Downloads; Windows users should look in File Explorer under Downloads.
