A Document Package can be saved as a draft before the package is submitted for review by clicking ‘Save as Draft’ while on the edit page.
Steps
- Navigate to the Portal Uploads page.
- In the right corner, click ‘Add Package’.
- Select the type of document(s) that will be uploaded: Investing Entity or Investor.
- Select the Upload Type.
- This article contains more information about each upload type.
- Add a Document Package Name.
- Add any additional details.
- Add a document(s).
- In the top right, click ‘Save as Draft’.
- Click the back arrow.
- The Package will receive a Draft status and will be found on the Document Packages tab in Portal Uploads.
Deleting a Document Package
Document packages in a Draft or Rejected state can be deleted:
- Navigate to the Portal Uploads page.
- Find the document package you’d like to delete, then click to access it.
- Click Delete at the top right.
- Click Confirm.
