Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can be configured by an Admin in General Settings. By enabling Multi-Factor Authentication, all users will be required to authenticate their identity using SMS or email.
To Turn on MFA
- As an Admin, click the Settings Gear.
- In the dropdown menu, click ‘General Settings’.
- In the navigation menu, click ‘Multi-Factor Authentication’.
- Click ‘Enable Multi-Factor Authentication’.
- By default, both SMS and Email will be checked. Unchecking one of the boxes will force users to receive the code either by email or SMS.
To Turn off MFA
- As an Admin, click the Settings Gear.
- In the dropdown menu, click ‘General Settings’.
- In the navigation menu, click ‘Multi-Factor Authentication’.
- Click ‘Disable Multi-Factor Authentication’.
