The Reports section of GP Portal allows you to access and export large groups of CRM data and Investor Portal user data.
Various types of reports are available:
- Investing Entities: Displays investing entities associated with one or more investment advisors, as well as other information including fund (upload) code, access type.
- Investors: Displays investors associated with one or more investing entities, as well as their other investor-related information such as address (if available), investor (upload) code, TIN, GIIN, and IBAN.
- Contacts: Displays contacts associated with one or more investing entities and/or investment advisors, and can be further filtered by what folders the contact has access to. Also shows whether the contact is an authorized signatory, the communication type, and their start and end dates, if applicable.
- Wire Instructions: Displays wire transfer information for one or more individual investors or all investors associated with one or more funds.
- Last Portal Access: Displays a login timestamp for one or more contacts, as well as their associated investing entities, investors, and their email.
- Document Access: Displays all contacts who have accessed a particular document package or attachment link.
- Contact Agreements: Displays whether contacts associated with one or more investing entities and/or investors have signed a K-1 Consent.
- Emails: Displays the status of sent emails (Sent, Delivered, Bounced, Opened, Clicked) by investing entity, investor, and contact.
- K-1 Consent Exposure: Displays the number of contacts associated with a particular investing entity and investor who have signed a K-1 Consent.
- BI Report: Displays financial data for particular investors and their products. Uploaded spreadsheets added in the Analytics section populate these reports and include contributions, distributions, net cash, funded and unfunded commitments, transfers of interest, and capital account balances.
While there are unique filters available for each report, all of the reports have the same structure and filtering abilities. The following are true for all reports:
- Reports return only approved data. If an Investor record’s data has been changed and the record is now Pending Review, the report will return the last published data since the new data has not been approved yet.
- All of the filters in a report are multiselect.
- If a column option is not applicable to a report, the column can be hidden from the results so that only the necessary information is displayed.
- The results can be sorted both ascending and descending by clicking on the column name.
- All reports can be exported in a CSV file.
