Initial Sign in
- Click the green Sign in button to be brought to the Passthrough login page.
- Click the green Start button.
- Select whether to start a new profile, or if you are returning user select to use a current one.
- Click start questionnaire.
Complete the Questionnaire
- Follow the prompts and populate the fields as they appear using your personal information.
- Submit all forms and use drag and drop to add required files so that they can be reviewed.
- Click Confirm once all boxes have been checked.
- Click Sign to sign both the subscription agreement and the IRS forms.
- Create a signature and initials set to be used to electronically sign through DocuSign.
- After signing and clicking finish you will be brought to the All Done graphic.
